"I called Mikes office multiple times to add my wife to my insurance. His secretary dropped the ball multiple times and kept telling me it was being processed. My wife got in an accident after I had requested coverage and since Mike and his employees never actually went through with what I requested State Farm is now declining my coverage. So I now $6,000 out of pocket due to their negligence. I would literally go with any other rep or insurance at this point. Couldn’t be more upset or frustrated that someone else’s carelessness has now put a massive financial strain on my family and I."
